1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop at www.epic-miniatures.com by consumers and business customers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB).
A business customer is any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity acting in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 14 BGB).

3. Subject of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the sale of digital content, particularly downloadable 3D models (e.g. STL files), intended for private or commercial use in accordance with the applicable license terms.
Delivery is made digitally via download after completion of the order process.
4. Conclusion of the Contract
Product presentations in the shop are not legally binding offers. A contract is only concluded when we explicitly accept your order or deliver the product.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase. After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices include the statutory German VAT (value-added tax). The total amount including VAT will be shown during the checkout process.
Payments can be made using the methods available in the online shop and are due immediately upon order.
6. Delivery of Digital Content
Digital files are provided via email or customer account download. Delivery takes place immediately after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
7. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing digital products, you agree that the execution of the contract shall begin immediately after the order is completed.
You expressly waive your statutory right of withdrawal once the download has started, in accordance with § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
8. Copyright and Usage Rights
All files are protected by copyright.
Unless otherwise agreed, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or commercial use. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
9. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability only applies to breaches of essential obligations and is limited to foreseeable damages.
10. Final Provisions
German law applies. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
If individual provisions are invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid.
