What is Epic Miniatures?
Epic Miniatures is a digital shop that offers high-quality 3D models for tabletop gaming, 3D printing, and creative projects. All products are delivered as digital downloads only.
What file formats do you offer?
Most of our 3D models are provided in STL format, which is widely supported by 3D printers and slicing software. Some products may also include additional formats such as OBJ or Blender (.blend) files. You can find file format information on each product page.
How do I receive my files?
After successful payment, you will receive:
- A download link by email
- Immediate access via your customer account (if registered)
Files are available for download directly on the order confirmation page and via your account dashboard.
Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
No. You can use PayPal to pay with a credit or debit card even if you do not have a PayPal account. Simply choose “Pay with credit or debit card” at the PayPal checkout page.
Can I use the models commercially?
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all 3D models are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
If you wish to use a model for commercial purposes (e.g. for selling printed versions or redistribution), please contact us to request a custom commercial license: Contact
Can I request a refund?
Since our products are digital goods, all sales are final.
By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to waive your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
This means refunds are not possible once the download has begun.
I didn’t receive a download link. What should I do?

Do you offer custom models?
Yes. We accept custom requests depending on the scope and complexity.
If you are interested in custom 3D modeling services, please contact us via email with your idea and we will get back to you with a quote.
